Angelo Paranaense might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Didi do Vale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Paranaense ran back to his position shaking his head. Angelo Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorian Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Dorian Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Didi do Vale was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Kartal Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xu Ao in the 30th minute of play. Didi do Vale made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Angelo Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. Samuel Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 37 played minutes Altamira SS got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Palmeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xu Ao in the 38th minute of play forced Altamira SS's goalkeeper Kartal Taştan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Final FT's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Angelo Paranaense fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Altamira SS booed when Final FT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Paranaense in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Didi do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 54th play minutes Angelo Paranaense shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Didi do Vale and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Final FT defense, Angelo Paranaense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Didi do Vale. The Final FT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Didi do Vale should have stopped the shot. When Narciso Lara came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Altamira SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Lara couldn't finish the play. Didi do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorian Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xu Ao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Kartal Taştan made a huge save. 72 minutes into the game, Bernardinho de Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altamira SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Final FT the free kick. In the 74th minute, Raimundo Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Narciso Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute of the match, Xu Ao got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kartal Taştan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Ao got free with Kartal Taştan in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudinei Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Natanael Paranaense hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Claudinei Hoffmann was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 92nd match minute, Final FT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. Altamira SS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
