But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chicão Fontes couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Oséas Almeida put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Alvarenga. Chicão Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fernando Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute of the match Gualter Amorim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Alvarenga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Romeu Vinhas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. A collision led to SE Digolas getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Elivélton Moura hit a great ball. Oséas Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Alvarenga having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Oséas Almeida cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fernando Alvarenga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SE Digolas's Fernando Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão Fontes in the 29th minute of play. Fernando Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute of the match Sebastian Calciu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Alvarenga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elivélton Mouras short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Luiz Fábio Britto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elivélton Moura got free with Luiz Fábio Britto in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute of the match Akis Sotiroglou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Alvarenga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of SE Digolas booed when CAÇA NARANJA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-3 became the score in the 46th minute when Oséas Almeida elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The wind increased when Oséas Almeida made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind CAÇA NARANJA's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Britto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Elivélton Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, SE Digolas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Recife to maneuver through the defense. Oséas Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toninho Recife charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toninho Recife the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alan Esteves hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. CAÇA NARANJA's Luiz Fábio Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elivélton Moura in the 64th minute of play. With his leg Fernando Alvarenga managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when CAÇA NARANJA's Chicão Fontes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 74 minutes, Elivélton Moura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SE Digolas and the CAÇA NARANJA players grew even worse after the yellow card. With 77 minutes on the clock, Alfredão Senna commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 76 minutes into the game, one of SE Digolas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oséas Almeida in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Alvarenga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baltazar Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Fernando Alvarenga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oséas Almeida's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. With a little luck, SE Digolas's Fernando Alvarenga got control of the ball when Chicão Fontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chicão Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
