After 55 minutes, Ricardo Borges mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pântano Madrid and the Galo Doido F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Pântano Madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Borges to maneuver through the defense. Matheus Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horácio de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Almeida in the 71st minute of play. Galo Doido F.C were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Pântano Madrid's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geovânio Tavares took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Emanuel de Amaral managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Seco got free with Bernardinho de Souza in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horácio de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Pedrão Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geovânio Tavares in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horácio de Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Ramos in the 88th minute of play forced Pântano Madrid's goalkeeper Horácio de Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes Pântano Madrid's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Geovânio Tavares who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geovânio Tavares in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horácio de Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmílson Gomes's late challenge caught a Galo Doido F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmílson Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, Pântano Madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson Gomes to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Matheus Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horácio de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Galo Doido F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pântano Madrid's performance. The match ended with a win for Pântano Madrid.
