Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silvério Maranhense started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, João Pedro Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Recife in the 8th minute of play forced EuHeSo's goalkeeper Frank Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to EuHeSo getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Benê Rosa hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in EuHeSo's zone, Eusébio Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Soeiro came out of the goal and Eusébio Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. EuHeSo's Frank Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Maranhense in the 15th minute of play. João Pedro Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Soeiro having to interfere. Rodriguinho Vander charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodriguinho Vander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodriguinho Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Augusto Cruz was a little too slow when Valdo Vargas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. Augusto Cruz made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Rômulo Sá sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute Silvério Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Valdo Vargas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Augusto Cruz. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Silvério Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Eusébio Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Maranhense, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Rômulo Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EuHeSo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Rômulo Sá made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Rodriguinho Vander made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Cruz. Zebelezinho SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Duarte Cearense's late challenge caught a EuHeSo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duarte Cearense helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Zebelezinho SS getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Duarte Cearense hit a great ball. Augusto Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo Sá in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodriguinho Vander in the 62nd minute of play forced Zebelezinho SS's goalkeeper Augusto Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rômulo Sá's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. When Rômulo Sá came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the EuHeSo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rômulo Sá couldn't finish the play. Augusto Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodriguinho Vander's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. EuHeSo's Frank Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save EuHeSo from getting a goal against them. Frank Soeiro was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Rafinha Oliveira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafinha Oliveira really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Eusébio Recife could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Frank Soeiro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Maranhense in the 82nd minute of play forced EuHeSo's goalkeeper Frank Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rômulo Sá scored 4-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rômulo Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Cruz having to interfere. Augusto Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Zebelezinho SS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Silvério Maranhense hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zebelezinho SS's zone, Afonsinho Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Cruz came out of the goal and Afonsinho Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The EuHeSo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Zebelezinho SS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
