Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Décio Sergipano took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edmílson Vinhas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Osvaldinho Paraense made a huge save. In the 10th minute, Remo Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgílio Rosado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrianinho Maciel having to make a save. The supporters of Parma Brasil booed when Paulino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlinhos Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kiko de Lara struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Adrianinho Maciel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paulino. 23 minutes into the game, Décio Sergipano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parma Brasil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paulino the free kick. Adrianinho Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiko de Lara in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Edmílson Vinhas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Osvaldinho Paraense. The goal made the score 1-0. Edmílson Vinhas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Osvaldinho Paraense firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 44th minute of the match, Décio Sergipano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Osvaldinho Paraense saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgílio Rosado was the one to do the kick off. Jardel Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Osvaldinho Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Vinhas in the 59th minute of play forced Paulino's goalkeeper Osvaldinho Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Jardel Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parma Brasil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jardel Coutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgílio Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kiko de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Adrianinho Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlinhos Pimenta during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Paulino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlinhos Pimenta to maneuver through the defense. Parma Brasil's Joel Mello got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Décio Sergipano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvaldinho Paraense. Paulino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Décio Sergipano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Adrianinho Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiko de Lara in the 81st minute of the match. Osvaldinho Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmílson Vinhas in the 84th minute of play. Kiko de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juarês Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Osvaldinho Paraense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Décio Sergipano went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.
