With a little luck, Manaus FC's Alexandre Toledo got control of the ball when Bernardinho de Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilson Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Toledo having to interfere. Manaus FC's Alexandre Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Figueiredo in the 34th minute of play. Bernardinho de Toledo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Toledo having to make a save. After some careless play in the Floresta EC defense, Sidnei Monteiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ball Bender. The Floresta EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ball Bender should have stopped the shot. Wilson Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Alexandre Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Floresta EC. Manaus FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Bernardinho de Toledo scored to the left of an out of position Alexandre Toledo, making the score, 1-2. 46 minutes into the match, Manaus FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardinho de Toledo.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolas Travassos made a kick off. Wilson Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Manaus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardinho de Toledo came free, but Alexandre Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardinho de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Alexandre Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erik Gaspar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedrinho Cabral's late challenge caught a Manaus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedrinho Cabral helped the player get up and apologised. Pedrinho Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ball Bender made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sidnei Monteiro in the 70th minute. Alexandre Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Teles in the 73rd minute of play. In the 77th minute, Wilson Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Toledo. Manaus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The supporters of Manaus FC booed when Floresta EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho de Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilson Figueiredo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilson Figueiredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Manaus FC's Alexandre Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho de Toledo in the 94th minute of play. Baltazar Teles scored 3-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
