Jânio Alagoano might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovani Pires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jânio Alagoano ran back to his position shaking his head. Olavo Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Geovani Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jânio Alagoano in the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jânio Alagoano got free with Geovani Pires in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geovani Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovani Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Vítor da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Olavo Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Buenoia FC's zone, Jânio Alagoano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
