João Augusto de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Proença in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Caxinha F. C.'s Matías Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Augusto de Souza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Geovânio Proença took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Augusto de Souza. João Augusto de Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Su Yao Xiang fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caxinha F. Matías Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Geovânio Proença made a precise shot to the right of João Augusto de Souza. Apeel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. When Geovânio Proença came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Caxinha F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovânio Proença couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Geovânio Proença ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Augusto de Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. João Augusto de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Proença in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Apeel defense, Geovânio Proença kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Augusto de Souza. The Apeel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Augusto de Souza should have stopped the shot. After having played for 40 minutes, Geovânio Proença managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxinha F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovânio Proença was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Augusto de Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matías Tepedino went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. João Augusto de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Caxinha F. C. booed when Apeel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aníbal Pirani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 48 minutes, Su Yao Xiang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxinha F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Su Yao Xiang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Luís Coelho to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Geovânio Proença sped through Apeel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Augusto de Souza. The crowd rose to their feet as Caxinha F. C.'s Geovânio Proença slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Augusto de Souza. That made the score 0-10 after 57 minutes of play. João Augusto de Souza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovânio Proença in the 60th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Caxinha F. C.'s Geovânio Proença made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Augusto de Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute Matías Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Caxinha F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Milonakos to maneuver through the defense. C.'s Geovânio Proença got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio Proença in the 87th minute of play forced Apeel's goalkeeper João Augusto de Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matías Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto de Souza having to interfere. Geovânio Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Geovânio Proença reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Augusto de Souza. The goal made the score 0-14. Gonçalo Pereira hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Su Yao Xiang, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the final whistle sounded Caxinha F. C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Apeel.
