A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Carlos Xavier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavalo Crioulo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmares Futebol Clube the free kick. Carlos Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Reynaldo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vítor Sena in the 14th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Túlio Maravilha made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Urbano. Cavalo Crioulo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Túlio Maravilha took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reynaldo Urbano. In the 36th minute Dário Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Gláuber da Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Urbano. Cavalo Crioulo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gláuber da Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Palmares Futebol Clube's João Vítor Sena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reynaldo Urbano. That made the score 0-13 after 89 minutes of play. Túlio Maravilha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Reynaldo Urbano made a huge save. Palmares Futebol Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
