Rodriguinho Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakut Ferikoğlu in the 7th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evandro Castro during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evandro Castro hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Carlos Augusto Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Jeremias Baptista made a huge save. In the 16th minute of the match, Horácio Braga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeremias Baptista saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sulacap's Sakut Ferikoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sulacap's Jeremias Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horácio Braga in the 32nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Hermínio Negri took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jeremias Baptista to make any attempt to save it. Hermínio Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Eduardo Pombal during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Hermínio Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Rodriguinho Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Castro in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Sakut Ferikoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeremias Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Diniz in the 64th minute of play. Evandro Castro scored 2-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodriguinho Fernandes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Evandro Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evandro Castros short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Rodriguinho Fernandes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jeremias Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Augusto Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evandro Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodriguinho Fernandes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evandro Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeremias Baptista came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by ESQUADRILHA DA FUMAÇA F.C's Carlos Augusto Diniz. But to his dismay, Carlos Augusto Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Jeremias Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermínio Negri in the 92nd minute of play. Sulacap's Jeremias Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horácio Braga in the 95th minute of play. Jeremias Baptista came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by ESQUADRILHA DA FUMAÇA F.C's Carlos Augusto Diniz. But to his dismay, Carlos Augusto Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
