Matías Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 7 minutes, Matías Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxinha F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Matías Tepedino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Proença scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Donatello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Geovânio Proença took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Donatello. Thiago Donatello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Geovânio Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Estefania SC's zone, Geovânio Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Donatello came out of the goal and Geovânio Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Estefania SC's Celsinho Britto got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Tepedino in the 21st minute of play forced Estefania SC's goalkeeper Thiago Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Matías Tepedino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Donatello. Estefania SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matías Tepedino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some careless play in the Estefania SC defense, Matías Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Donatello. The Estefania SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Donatello should have stopped the shot. Matías Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Donatello having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Caxinha F. C.'s Matías Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Donatello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Matías Tepedino took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Donatello. Thiago Donatello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Matías Tepedino took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Donatello. C. booed when Estefania SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Matías Tepedino made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Donatello. Estefania SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Caxinha F. C.'s Matías Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Caxinha F. C. were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thiago Donatello made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Matías Tepedino sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Donatello came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Caxinha F. C.'s Geovânio Proença. But to his dismay, Geovânio Proença quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After 57 minutes, Geovânio Proença made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. Estefania SC's Thiago Donatello tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Matías Tepedino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thiago Donatello came out and tried to block the shot, but Matías Tepedino slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 60th minute. Matías Tepedino took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Donatello. Thiago Donatello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. After 66 played minutes Estefania SC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto de Souza. In the 67th minute, Geovânio Proença got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thiago Donatello stood somewhat misplaced when Geovânio Proença came free in front of goal and shot 0-13 to the left of him in the 68 minute. Caxinha F. C.'s Geovânio Proença got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matías Tepedino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 75th minute, Geovânio Proença ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Donatello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. In the 78th minute, Caxinha F. C.'s Geovânio Proença dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-15. Estefania SC's Thiago Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Tepedino in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estefania SC's goalkeeper Thiago Donatello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Geovânio Proença got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Matías Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caxinha F. C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
