Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Fabiano Fantini kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Durval Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Macedo scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Augusto de Souza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute César Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moisés Teixeira in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Augusto de Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moisés Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. César Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Augusto de Souza having to interfere. Apeel's João Augusto de Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Macedo in the 20th minute of play. João Augusto de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Macedo in the 21st minute of play. After some careless play in the ASPEN defense, Luís Fabiano Fantini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Queiroz. The ASPEN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Queiroz should have stopped the shot. Juan Queiroz made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Sílvio Luís Coelho sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Moisés Teixeira made a precise shot to the right of João Augusto de Souza. Apeel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aníbal Pirani during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Apeel got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Pirani. João Augusto de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moisés Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Apeel players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ASPEN were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moisés Teixeira to make the kick off. Juan Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luís Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apeel's João Augusto de Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moisés Teixeira in the 53rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Apeel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. Juan Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durval Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Moisés Teixeira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Augusto de Souza. Moisés Teixeira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After 77 minutes, Durval Valadares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apeel and the ASPEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Apeel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval Valadares to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ASPEN's zone, Luís Fabiano Fantini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Queiroz came out of the goal and Luís Fabiano Fantini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sílvio Luís Coelho struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Juan Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apeel. After 87 played minutes, Apeel's Alexandre Cardozo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juan Queiroz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Apeel reached it. João Augusto de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moisés Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when César Macedo got free with João Augusto de Souza in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
