With a little luck, CORINTHIANS's Sebastião Faria got control of the ball when Dario Palos tried to sneak it across the goal line. CORINTHIANS's Sebastião Faria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save CORINTHIANS from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, União Lokomotiva FC's Geraldo Lopes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
