Erivaldo Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cássio do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Marques in the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Johannes Jokiranta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emerson Montenegro during the 28th minute. Emerson Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Arí da Rocha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sem Esperança's Luís Paulo Leite quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 36th match minute, Squall FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Johannes Jokiranta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 42 minutes of play, Sem Esperança's Julian Klæboe made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fellipe de Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Sem Esperança's Ingemar Persson was substituted for Pašo Bolas. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Klæboe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Sem Esperança getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Luís Paulo Leite hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Lucas Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bernardo Iturbide fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squall FC's protests and gave Bernardo Iturbide a yellow card for diving instead. Bernardo Iturbide hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Klæboe in the 66th minute of play forced Squall FC's goalkeeper Fellipe de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomás Domingues got a throw-in 68 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lucas Marques. Lucas Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio do Vale having to interfere. Cássio do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Marques in the 79th minute of play. Leopoldo Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 82nd minute, when Squall FC's Bernardo Iturbide after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Cássio do Vale in Sem Esperança's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. In the 84th minute Julian Klæboe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fellipe de Brito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Klæboe went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Julian Klæboe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Sem Esperança were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Squall FC for a fine match.
