The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Oséias da Mata fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Peladeiros FutArt's protests and gave Oséias da Mata a yellow card for diving instead. Oséias da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 12 minutes in the game, Pedro Luiz Meirelles fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alan de Azevedo having to interfere. Matheus Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Poncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of Patinhos booed when Los Peladeiros FutArt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Breenan McLiam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Peladeiros FutArt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Breenan McLiam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aureliano Poncio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matheus Silveira having to make a save. In the 30th minute, Júlio Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardinho de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 played minutes Patinhos got a freekick which was hit by Bruninho Tinoco. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Poncio in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Silveira saved Patinhos from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Los Peladeiros FutArt's Oséias da Mata got a free kick in the 37th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delfim Goiano during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Patinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Goiano to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute of the match Oséias da Mata sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matheus Silveira skillfully saved the ball. Aureliano Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardinho de Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. Celso Vides's late challenge caught a Patinhos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Vides helped the player get up and apologised. Celso Vides hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Matheus Silveira came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los Peladeiros FutArt's Aureliano Poncio. But to his dismay, Aureliano Poncio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alan de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, Aureliano Poncio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 60 played minutes Patinhos got a freekick which was hit by Bruninho Tinoco. Patinhos's Matheus Silveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Patinhos from getting a goal against them. Matheus Silveira came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Peladeiros FutArt's Aureliano Poncio. But to his dismay, Aureliano Poncio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aureliano Poncio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Matheus Silveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Vicente Oskitz fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Peladeiros FutArt's protests and gave Vicente Oskitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Vicente Oskitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, Pedro Luiz Meirelles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Alan de Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute, Júlio Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matheus Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Poncio in the 90th minute. Matheus Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Breenan McLiam's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Patinhos's Matheus Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breenan McLiam in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Tadeu Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Peladeiros FutArt played a much better game than Patinhos and deserved their victory. The Patinhos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
