Hoogina's Luan Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Bittencourt in the 8th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Alisson Oblak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antônio Carlos Prado. Boo Soccer Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alisson Oblak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Hoogina's goalkeeper Luan Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeu Vides. 24 minutes into the match, Hoogina's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Bittencourt came free, but Luan Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Hoogina's Waldemar Cavalcante made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antônio Carlos Prado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alisson Oblak might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antônio Carlos Prado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alisson Oblak ran back to his position shaking his head. Waldemar Cavalcante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogério Bittencourt to make the kick off. Luan Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Alisson Oblak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antônio Carlos Prado came out and tried to block the shot, but Alisson Oblak slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 65th minute. Antônio Carlos Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alisson Oblak in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Waldemar Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hoogina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldemar Cavalcante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldemar Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Carlos Prado having to interfere. Alisson Oblak might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antônio Carlos Prado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alisson Oblak ran back to his position shaking his head. If Waldemar Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Boo Soccer Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hoogina were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
