Orlando de Toledo might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Silveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando de Toledo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 5th minute, Orlando de Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca do Nascimento got free with Matheus Silveira in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Zeca do Nascimento could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Matheus Silveira however easily saved by the left post. Matheus Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Zeca do Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Leucadia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeca do Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Orlando de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Silveira having to interfere. Ricardinho de Amaral might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benê Medeiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho de Amaral ran back to his position shaking his head. Zeca do Nascimento scored 1-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matheus Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeca do Nascimento who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Matheus Silveira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Orlando de Toledo in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matheus Silveira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Zeca do Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Leucadia fans jumped to their feet. After a defensive mix-up in Patinhos's zone, Orlando de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Silveira came out of the goal and Orlando de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Patinhos getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Delfim Goiano hit a great ball. Matheus Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca do Nascimento in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Patinhos getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Christian Barral hit a great ball. Pedro Luiz Meirelles scored 1-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benê Medeiros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matheus Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeca do Nascimento in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Silveira saved Patinhos from getting behind. Tadeu Senna's late challenge caught a Leucadia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeu Senna helped the player get up and apologised. Tadeu Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Matheus Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Zeca do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Matheus Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leucadia's Benê Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho de Amaral in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Patinhos's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando de Toledo came free, but Matheus Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benê Medeiros came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Patinhos's Ricardinho de Amaral. But to his dismay, Ricardinho de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Patinhos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
