Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) When Benjamin da Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Irajai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin da Rocha couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Irajai booed when Caresalzinho SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celsinho Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Guilherme Félix hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Irajai's Ronaldão Guedes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 11th minute, Ronaldão Guedes made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Palmeira. Caresalzinho SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Marquinhos Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ronaldão Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Hugo Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match, Ronaldão Guedes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hugo Palmeira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 25 minutes into the match, Caresalzinho SS's goalkeeper Hugo Palmeira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin da Rocha. In the 26th minute Ronaldão Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rômulo de Medeiros in the 27th minute of play forced Caresalzinho SS's goalkeeper Hugo Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Irajai's Benjamin da Rocha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hugo Palmeira. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. Hugo Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ronaldão Guedes's late challenge caught a Caresalzinho SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldão Guedes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Ronaldão Guedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match, Benjamin da Rocha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hugo Palmeira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hugo Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Rocha in the 40th minute of play. Hugo Palmeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin da Rocha in the 44th minute. Benjamin da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Palmeira having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldão Guedes made a kick off. Hugo Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Guedes in the 53rd minute of the match. Hugo Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo de Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Irajai getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Leonel Maranhense hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Guedes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Hugo Palmeira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hugo Palmeira came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Irajai's Benjamin da Rocha. But to his dismay, Benjamin da Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Hugo Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo de Medeiros in the 72nd minute of play. Rômulo de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Palmeira having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldão Guedes in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Palmeira saved Caresalzinho SS from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Ronaldão Guedes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Palmeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Ronaldão Guedes scored 6-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Palmeira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
