Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jerônimo Sampaio kicked off to start the match. Gerson de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Quadros in the 5th minute of the match. Gerson de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Vianna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerson de Brito having to make a save. After 9 played minutes Angaturama got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Pinheiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Sampaio in the 13th minute of play forced HERCILIO FC's goalkeeper Reinaldo Vinhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, Angaturama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Faria to maneuver through the defense. Gerson de Brito came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by HERCILIO FC's Tiago Quadros. But to his dismay, Tiago Quadros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When HERCILIO FC's Erasmo Vianna in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Angaturama's goalie prevented a goal. In the 27th minute, Jorge Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Angaturama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jorge Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jerônimo Sampaio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gerson de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Wesley Corrêa hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Jorge Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerônimo Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Quadros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gerson de Brito came out and tried to block the shot, but Tiago Quadros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 56th minute. If Erasmo Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Angaturama got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Andrade. Erasmo Vianna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerson de Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Cássio Andrade hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as HERCILIO FC's Tiago Quadros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gerson de Brito. That made the score 1-3 after 65 minutes of play. Gerson de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerson de Brito having to interfere. In the 75th minute Jorge Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaldo Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th match minute, HERCILIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Vianna took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerson de Brito. Gerson de Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. HERCILIO FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
