The pinheiral FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claes Alstedt should have stopped the shot. After 36 minutes of play, Regina FC's Inácio Proença made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claes Alstedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Regina FC fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Regina FC's Inácio Proença looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 47 minutes into the match, Luiz Guilherme Mazza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Alstedt. pinheiral FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Guilherme Mazza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6.

Regina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiliam Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute of the match, Pedrinho Nascimento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claes Alstedt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Regina FC's Wiliam Guimarães slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claes Alstedt. That made the score 0-10 after 88 minutes of play. Claes Alstedt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedrinho Nascimento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 93 minute of play. Pedrinho Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Claes Alstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Nascimento in the 97th minute of play forced pinheiral FC's goalkeeper Claes Alstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Regina FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
