Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valdemar do Vale started the match with the kick off. Edson Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Ramalho having to interfere. Nelsinho Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Ramalho having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Valdemar do Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luisão Ramalho was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 18 minutes in the game, Paulo Tande fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Edson Castro having to interfere. Reginaldo Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Paulo Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edson Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Descalvado booed when Buba & Gump F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Erik Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisão Ramalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Toscano in the 27th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Valdemar do Vale made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Descalvado's Luisão Ramalho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32ndth minute of the game Valdemar do Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Descalvado's Luisão Ramalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luisão Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Damião, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 48th minute of the match Rodolfo Ribeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisão Ramalho skillfully saved the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Buba & Gump F.C.'s zone, Rafael Motta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edson Castro came out of the goal and Rafael Motta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Erik Toscano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luisão Ramalho. That made the score 0-4 in the 55 minute of play. Buba & Gump F.C.'s Edson Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Motta in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Paulo Tande had to leave the field with a concussion. When Rodolfo Ribeiro fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buba & Gump F.C.'s protests and gave Rodolfo Ribeiro a yellow card for diving instead. When Valdemar do Vale came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Buba & Gump F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdemar do Vale couldn't finish the play. After 70 minutes, Reginaldo Diniz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buba & Gump F.C. and the Descalvado players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reginaldo Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Valdemar do Vale who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Luisão Ramalho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Valdemar do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Ramalho having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Buba & Gump F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Sanches. After having played for 84 minutes, Valdemar do Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buba & Gump F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdemar do Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Descalvado getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Alexsandro Albuquerque hit a great ball. Luisão Ramalho came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Buba & Gump F.C.'s Valdemar do Vale. But to his dismay, Valdemar do Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 92nd play minutes Vitinho Nunes shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Edson Castro and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Buba & Gump F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
