Dedê Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an all-out effort, Detonautas FC Return's Luiz Fábio Peres threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edinho Lara, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle went the supporters of Detonautas FC Return were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant CASTANHEIRA F.C. side.
