Magno Paraenses short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Hélder do Valle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Caco Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Batateiros Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caco Travassos couldn't finish the play. Caco Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder do Valle having to interfere. If Caco Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hélder do Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magno Paraense's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, São Lourenço FC's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Paraense came free, but Hélder do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Batateiros Sport Club's goalkeeper Flávio Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tarcisio dos Santos. A collision led to Batateiros Sport Club getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Vicente Amaral hit a great ball.
