A hard shot by Yan do Valle from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Edson Castro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Claudinho Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Edson Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerônimo Cerezo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Buba & Gump F.C.'s Rodolfo Ribeiro got a free kick in the 88th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Calderao's Yan do Valle broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamim Britto during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Buba & Gump F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Britto to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Calderao had played much better football throughout.
