Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wilton de Andrade kicked off to start the match. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Jailson Maia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 3rd minute of the match, Jailson Maia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Geovani da Silveira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fausto de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Enéas Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Caturai got a freekick which was hit by Claudinho da Fonseca. Fausto de Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enéas Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto de Sousa in the 15th minute of play. Edgar Dante's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Geovani da Silveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Antônio Carlos Quirino's late challenge caught a Macatuba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antônio Carlos Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, Caturai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Carlos Quirino to maneuver through the defense. Enéas Magalhães came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Caturai's Fausto de Sousa. But to his dismay, Fausto de Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Geovani da Silveira didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Macatuba's Edgar Dante shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Wilton de Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caturai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilton de Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilton de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Enéas Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jailson Maia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Geovani da Silveira firmly grabbed it by the left post.
Fausto de Sousa had several of the Macatuba's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Enéas Magalhães as he didn't even see the shot coming. 56 minutes into the match, Caturai's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson Maia came free, but Geovani da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otávio Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani da Silveira having to interfere. Fausto de Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Enéas Magalhães made a huge save. Geovani da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Baptista in the 62nd minute of the match. Wilton de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Enéas Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enéas Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilton de Andrade in the 69th minute of the match. Gonçalo Melo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geovani da Silveira. Caturai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Dante in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovani da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geovani da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Dante in the 74th minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Edgar Dante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caturai's Geovani da Silveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Wilton de Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 82 played minutes, Macatuba's Juninho Miranda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Geovani da Silveira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Macatuba reached it. Falcão Trancoso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geovani da Silveira. Caturai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fausto de Sousa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enéas Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Edgar Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani da Silveira having to interfere. Geovani da Silveira came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Macatuba's Edgar Dante. But to his dismay, Edgar Dante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Macatuba were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
