In the 25th minute, Rodrigo Faria fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rafa Vidal, passed just outside the right post. The wind increased when Marquinhos Silveira made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Renatinho Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Só Lamento's Luiz Cardozo got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marquinhos Silveira hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
