Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilson de Queirós kicked off to start the match. Raphael Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Hoffmann in the 4th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Mateus Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penna's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateus Gaúcho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael Mazza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe da Costa in the 10th minute of play forced Megafuts FC's goalkeeper Raphael Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Megafuts FC defense, Mateus Gaúcho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raphael Mazza. The Megafuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raphael Mazza should have stopped the shot. Raphael Mazza came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Penna's Mateus Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Mateus Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Penna's attentive Gildo Palmeira managed to snatch the ball when Rony Recife made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. 27 minutes into the game, Mateus Gaúcho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Raphael Mazza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raphael Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Fellipe da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duarte Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. When Penna's Mateus Gaúcho in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Megafuts FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 40 minutes of play, Penna's Fellipe da Costa made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raphael Mazza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raphael Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Montae in the 45th minute of play. Mateus Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Mazza having to interfere. The Megafuts FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Penna were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateus Gaúcho to make the kick off. Hugo Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael Mazza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fellipe da Costa in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Hugo Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raphael Mazza was a little too slow when Fellipe da Costa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 69th minute, Fellipe da Costa made a precise shot to the right of Raphael Mazza. Megafuts FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. After having played for 72 minutes, Gilson de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Megafuts FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilson de Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duarte Silva hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Mateus Gaúcho took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Raphael Mazza to make any attempt to save it. 81 minutes into the match, Mateus Gaúcho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Raphael Mazza, 0-9. If Fellipe da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fellipe da Costa came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Penna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fellipe da Costa couldn't finish the play. Raphael Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Montae, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute Fellipe da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raphael Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus Gaúcho in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Megafuts FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Marquinhos Souza hit a great ball. Fellipe da Costa struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Raphael Mazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penna. The Megafuts FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Penna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
