Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5461, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donato Barral started the match with the kick off. Hugo Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Penna's attentive Gildo Palmeira managed to snatch the ball when Washington Paraibano made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. Fellipe da Costa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nestor Marques firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 8th minute Penna were awarded a corner. José Pedro Vieira went to the cornerflag to take it. Nestor Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus Gaúcho in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Alfredinho Teles threw the ball into play from the sideline. Penna's Gildo Palmeira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 19 minutes of play, Camaquam FC's Dieguinho Breckenfeld made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Hugo Hoffmann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nestor Marques. The goal made the score 1-1. Fellipe da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 25th minute, Penna's Mateus Gaúcho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nestor Marques. Nestor Marques yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Nestor Marques was a little too slow when Mateus Gaúcho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 3-1. Penna's Jaime Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Barral in the 35th minute of play. Fellipe da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nestor Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseu de Amaral's late challenge caught a Penna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseu de Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Penna booed when Camaquam FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateus Gaúcho to strike the kick off in the second half. Nestor Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camaquam FC's Nestor Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Hoffmann in the 53rd minute of play. After 57 played minutes Penna got a freekick which was hit by Teo Montae. In the 60th minute, one of Penna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Penna. Nilmar Xavier shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Dieguinho Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jaime Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dieguinho Breckenfeld got free with Jaime Moraes in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Penna's Mateus Gaúcho in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Camaquam FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Mateus Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Camaquam FC's zone, Fellipe da Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Marques came out of the goal and Fellipe da Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Jairo Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fellipe da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Nestor Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Mateus Gaúcho made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Marques. Camaquam FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Mateus Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Penna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Montae to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Barral in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Camaquam FC booed when Penna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Montae didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hugo Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Penna fully deserved thier win.
