Oséas Madureira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Cafu de Queiroz made a huge save. Cafu de Queiroz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Marasco's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Barral came free, but Cafu de Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Camaquam FC's Dieguinho Breckenfeld made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cafu de Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Pedrinho Brasil could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Cafu de Queiroz however easily saved by the left post. Sydney Pires scored 2-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Camaquam FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Marasco a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dorival Mota, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Camaquam FC's Nestor Marques. 2-2. Cafu de Queiroz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 3-2. In the 40th minute, Paúl Breitner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedrinho Brasils short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Cafu de Queiroz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haroldo Teles to strike the kick off in the second half. If Oséas Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesinha Souto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nestor Marques having to make a save. Dorival Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Marques having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Camaquam FC's goalkeeper Nestor Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesinha Souto. After a rather tough play, Camaquam FC's Eliseu de Amaral got a free kick in the 70th minute. Cafu de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Brasil in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Dieguinho Breckenfeld notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Marasco's Cafu de Queiroz. Cafu de Queiroz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84th minute, one of Camaquam FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Camaquam FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Alberto Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camaquam FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Secco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cafu de Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Marasco's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Madureira came free, but Cafu de Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
