After a rather tough play, Minotauro's Perivaldo Dias got a free kick in the 17th minute. Tortuga FC's Gualterio Labora managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Perivaldo Dias in the 20 minute of the game. A collision led to Tortuga FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sven-Erik Asplund hit a great ball. Victor Tinoco came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Minotauro's Claudinei Brito. But to his dismay, Claudinei Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 28th match minute, Tortuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Rolfsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute of the match Eliseu Peres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Tinoco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Perivaldo Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Minotauro's Perivaldo Dias got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Isac Rolfsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte de Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tortuga FC's Casemiro Davids was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Duarte de Barros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Minotauro's Perivaldo Dias got a free kick in the 41st minute. Minotauro's Duarte de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Rolfsson in the 42nd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isac Rolfsson was the one to do the kick off. Genílson Torres struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Duarte de Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tortuga FC. The supporters of Minotauro booed when Tortuga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball.
