Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) NUCUTUTINHA FC's Kiko Pinheiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. NUCUTUTINHA FC's Chiquinho Camargo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save NUCUTUTINHA FC from getting a goal against them. After 10 played minutes NUCUTUTINHA FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Roberto Trigo. Luiz Guilherme Cunha had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Kiko Pinheiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Luiz Guilherme Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kiko Pinheiro's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When Válter Paraense came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the NUCUTUTINHA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Válter Paraense couldn't finish the play. Conrado Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ATRITO FC's Conrado Souza suffered a concussion after 20 minutes and had to leave the field. After 20 minutes, Válter Paraense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NUCUTUTINHA FC and the ATRITO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to NUCUTUTINHA FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Válter Paraense hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luizinho Montenegro in the 22nd minute of play forced NUCUTUTINHA FC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquinho Camargo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luizinho Montenegro in the 25th minute. Luizinho Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chiquinho Camargo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Válter Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Luiz Guilherme Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luizinho Montenegro got free in front of the goal in the 32nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Chiquinho Camargo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Charles de Castro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATRITO FC and the NUCUTUTINHA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ATRITO FC's Charles de Castro got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 40 played minutes NUCUTUTINHA FC got a freekick which was hit by Kiko Pinheiro. Luiz Guilherme Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aílton Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chiquinho Camargo made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Luizinho Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, NUCUTUTINHA FC's Válter Paraense got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luizinho Montenegro's late challenge caught a NUCUTUTINHA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luizinho Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute, Luizinho Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luizinho Montenegro made a kick off. If Luizinho Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles de Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chiquinho Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles de Castro in the 57th minute of the match. Luizinho Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho Camargo having to interfere. Kiko Pinheiro struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Luiz Guilherme Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NUCUTUTINHA FC. Luizinho Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Chiquinho Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. NUCUTUTINHA FC's Válter Paraense got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Válter Paraense off the ground. After a rather tough play, NUCUTUTINHA FC's Válter Paraense got a free kick in the 66th minute. Jaime Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Chiquinho Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Kaká Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NUCUTUTINHA FC's Kaká Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. NUCUTUTINHA FC's Chiquinho Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Montenegro in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute Jaime Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Luizinho Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chiquinho Camargo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 93 minutes into the match, NUCUTUTINHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luizinho Montenegro came free, but Chiquinho Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luizinho Montenegro in the 95th minute of play forced NUCUTUTINHA FC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles de Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
