Ernesto Sampaio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Fabrício Diniz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Felippe Zonta might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabrício Diniz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felippe Zonta ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vladimir Monteiro during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Fabrício Diniz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the last second Fabrício Diniz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ernesto Sampaio in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Felippe Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28thth minute of the game Felippe Zonta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ajacio SS's Fabrício Diniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Fábio Prado during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ajacio SS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Luís Fábio Prado hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Elói Simões dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabrício Diniz, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Sampaio in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrício Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Doni Arantes fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ajacio SS's protests and gave Doni Arantes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ajacio SS's Doni Arantes got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Reginaldo Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvinho do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Queiroz in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói Simões in the 45th minute of play forced Ajacio SS's goalkeeper Fabrício Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesto Sampaio to strike the kick off in the second half. If Felippe Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Felippe Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Ernesto Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fábio Prado in the 96th minute of play forced Nagashow SC's goalkeeper Silvinho do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Nagashow SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
