The supporters of Walt Disney booed when Nazaro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aírton Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nazaro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, Aílton Paranaense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baron Van de Goor. Walt Disney's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aílton Paranaense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Aírton Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Wanderson Fantini charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wanderson Fantini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Figueiredo to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Walt Disney's Leopoldo Figueiredo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robinho Rodrigues. That made the score 1-8 after 64 minutes of play. Delfim Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baron Van de Goor having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Walt Disney's Leopoldo Figueiredo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robinho Rodrigues. That made the score 1-9 after 74 minutes of play. If Lucas Gabrielli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Luizão Lourenco made a precise shot to the right of Robinho Rodrigues. Nazaro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-11. After a rather tough play, Nazaro's Aírton Brodel got a free kick in the 89th minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Luizão Lourenco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Walt Disney's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizão Lourenco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97th minute of the match, Lucas Gabrielli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Robinho Rodrigues was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Walt Disney supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Walt Disney would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
