The Borussia de Madrid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 19th minute of the match, Elói Leite got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zé Pedro Carvalho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Taio Macia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borussia de Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Taio Macia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hyllos Roros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes of play, Borussia de Madrid's Hyllos Roros made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Borussia de Madrid's Zé Pedro Carvalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Borussia de Madrid from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Elói Leite could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Zé Pedro Carvalho however easily saved by the left post. With an all-out effort, Cresciuma's Zé Pedro Carvalho threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Felippe do Nascimento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zé Pedro Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felippe do Nascimento in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Taio Macia notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Cresciuma's Eriberto Nascimento. Eriberto Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felippe do Nascimento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Cresciuma's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Taio Macia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hyllos Roros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Pedro Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felippe do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Elói Leite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Zé Pedro Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Taio Macia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Eriberto Nascimento when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Ivo Hermes fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cresciuma's protests and gave Ivo Hermes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cresciuma's Ivo Hermes got a free kick in the 65th minute. Richard Nóbrega hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Cresciuma got a freekick which was hit by Aloísio Fonseca. In the 73rd minute, Hyllos Roros fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 75th minute, Marcin Sosnaks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriberto Nascimento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Taio Macia in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Cresciuma's Ademar Salgado got a free kick in the 81st minute. Taio Macia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eriberto Nascimento firmly grabbed it by the left post. 83 minutes into the match, Cresciuma's goal looked a bit too open when Hyllos Roros came free, but Eriberto Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taio Macia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Borussia de Madrid booed when Cresciuma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aloísio Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borussia de Madrid's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
