With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luizão Lourenco in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Nascimento saved Cresciuma from getting behind. Richard Nóbrega charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Nóbrega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Richard Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eriberto Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cresciuma getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. After some careless play in the Cresciuma defense, Luizão Lourenco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Nascimento. The Cresciuma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Nascimento should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Luizão Lourenco notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cresciuma's Eriberto Nascimento. Eriberto Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Luizão Lourenco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Baron Van de Goor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felippe do Nascimento in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Walt Disney's Luizão Lourenco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Nascimento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 46 minutes into the game, Luizão Lourenco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Eriberto Nascimento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luizão Lourenco was the one to do the kick off. Cresciuma's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Luizão Lourenco scored to the left of an out of position Eriberto Nascimento, making the score, 0-7. Luizão Lourenco took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Nascimento. Eriberto Nascimento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in Cresciuma's zone, Luizão Lourenco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Nascimento came out of the goal and Luizão Lourenco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luizão Lourenco didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 72nd minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Luizão Lourenco ran dejectedly back to his position. The supporters of Walt Disney booed when Cresciuma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gugu da Mata might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Nascimento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gugu da Mata ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes in the game, Luizão Lourenco fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eriberto Nascimento having to interfere. Gugu da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Luizão Lourenco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eriberto Nascimento, 0-10. In the 87th minute Felippe do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baron Van de Goor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Nascimento had great luck who in the 96thth minute grab hold of the ball when Luizão Lourenco from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Walt Disney played a much better game than Cresciuma and deserved their victory. The Cresciuma players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
