In the 23rd minute, Caco Secco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Destroyers F.C. booed when Umbrella Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Destroyers F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
