Spectators: 7594 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 154) LUCABE F.C.'s Juan Simões started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nacional de Rolândia's goalkeeper Victor Negri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sílvio Luís Rossi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Jaen's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After 10 minutes of play, LUCABE F.C.'s Sebastian Unai made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Negri was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Mats Nyman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nacional de Rolândia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LUCABE F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Nacional de Rolândia's Mats Nyman got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Betinho Prestes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sílvio Luís Rossi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Victor Negri made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Cacá Rocha sent off a good shot on target. Mats Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 33 minutes into the match, Nacional de Rolândia's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá Rocha came free, but Victor Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Jaen in the 34th minute of play forced LUCABE F.C.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Luís Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36th play minutes Saul Jaen shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Sílvio Luís Rossi and just under the crossbar into goal. Saul Jaen took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sílvio Luís Rossi. Sílvio Luís Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Valério de Medeiros hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Nacional de Rolândia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Jaen got free with Sílvio Luís Rossi in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nacional de Rolândia getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Harvey Elliott hit a great ball. Victor Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, LUCABE F.C.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Luís Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Nyman. A collision led to LUCABE F.C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Rômulo Moreno hit a great ball. If Mats Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LUCABE F.C.'s Hieronim Kaczor was substituted for Sebastian Unai. Bob Rock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mats Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes Nacional de Rolândia got a freekick which was hit by Mats Nyman. Mats Nyman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Sílvio Luís Rossi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 84 in the game by Mats Nyman from a close distance when the talented Sílvio Luís Rossi managed to make a qualified save. LUCABE F.C.'s players were relieved. Mats Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nacional de Rolândia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
