Floresta Club U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Better Call Saul the free kick. 7 minutes into the match, Better Call Saul's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas de Souza came free, but José Pedro Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomé Reis took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Pedro Neto. José Pedro Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Better Call Saul's José Pedro Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomé Reis in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Douglas de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Pedro Neto was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. José Pedro Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomé Reis went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Tomé Reis scored 0-3 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Pedro Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Renato Linhares put in a rough tackle. In the 32nd minute, Tomé Reis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Club U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 34 minutes into the match, Gilmar Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Pedro Neto. Better Call Saul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilmar Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 38 minutes into the match, Tomé Reis notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Better Call Saul's José Pedro Neto. José Pedro Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute Douglas de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Tomé Reis made a precise shot to the right of José Pedro Neto. Better Call Saul's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas de Souza made a kick off. Lúcio Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Better Call Saul's goal looked a bit too open when Tomé Reis came free, but José Pedro Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Douglas de Souza took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for José Pedro Neto to make any attempt to save it. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-14 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilmar Castro to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Douglas de Souza put it in 0-15 from a short distance just to the right of José Pedro Neto. Floresta Club U18 made a substitution. Vito Maia replaced Gilmar Castro. After 81 minutes, Sidnei Dionísio made it 0-16 with a short kick to the right side. Better Call Saul's José Pedro Neto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. José Pedro Neto came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Floresta Club U18's Remo da Rocha. But to his dismay, Remo da Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-17. José Pedro Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo da Rocha in the 89th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Better Call Saul defense, Tomé Reis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Pedro Neto. The Better Call Saul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Pedro Neto should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Floresta Club U18 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Better Call Saul.
