After taking down the ball on Arariuna F.C's corner Sezen Hüdayioğlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 石永坚 quite easily take care of the ball. Jairo Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 石永坚 having to interfere. Jairo Guimarães came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Raimundo Mesquita could save by the left post. If Jairo Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 石永坚 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Mattos, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Outer Banks's goal looked a bit too open when César Gerber came free, but 石永坚 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Jairo Guimarães notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Arariuna F.C's Raimundo Mesquita. Raimundo Mesquita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jairo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jairo Mattos to strike the kick off in the second half. 石永坚 came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Arariuna F.C's Jairo Mattos. But to his dismay, Jairo Mattos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 石永坚 made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Jairo Mattos sent off a good shot on target. Jairo Mattos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 石永坚 came out and tried to block the shot, but Jairo Mattos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 57th minute. César Gerber blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 石永坚 having to make a save. If Jairo Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Guimarães charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Guimarães the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Jairo Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 石永坚 made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Jairo Mattos sent off a good shot on target. 石永坚 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Mattos in the 68th minute of the match. After 69 minutes of play Outer Banks's Jairo Guimarães was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 70 played minutes Outer Banks got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Guimarães. A hard shot by Sezen Hüdayioğlu from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got 石永坚's attention. Acácio de Queiroz tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Raimundo Mesquita. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-2 in the 95th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
