Nunez Rico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nunez Rico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Trigo went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Gabi Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, João Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goianésia E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but João Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nunez Rico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Goianésia E.C getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mathias Vidal hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Gabi Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nunez Rico. CR Framengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabi Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 33rd match minute, Goianésia E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo De Filippo to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Gabi Gol sped through CR Framengo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nunez Rico. 39 minutes into the match, CR Framengo's goal looked a bit too open when Gabi Gol came free, but Nunez Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41stth minute of the game Gabi Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CR Framengo's Nunez Rico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Augusto Di Cola managed to get in a good position for a shot. CR Framengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Di Cola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norbert Balonek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dalmai Sainz made a kick off. Nunez Rico was a little too slow when Tomasz Poniewaz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-8. In the 59th minute João Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Trigo in the 60th minute of play forced CR Framengo's goalkeeper Nunez Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Trigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nunez Rico having to make a save. Attila Kertész struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Nunez Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goianésia E.C. In the 65th minute, Gabi Gol made a precise shot to the right of Nunez Rico. CR Framengo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Gildo Varela's late challenge caught a Goianésia E.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gildo Varela helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, CR Framengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gildo Varela to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Goianésia E.C's Tomasz Poniewaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nunez Rico. That made the score 0-10 after 72 minutes of play. Dalmai Sainz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Norbert Balonek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Goianésia E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Di Cola came free, but Norbert Balonek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CR Framengo were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Goianésia E.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Di Cola took the corner. CR Framengo's Augusto Di Cola was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Norbert Balonek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Goianésia E.C's Gabi Gol in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CR Framengo's goalie prevented a goal. CR Framengo's Nunez Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Trigo in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, CR Framengo's goalkeeper Nunez Rico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabi Gol. Goianésia E.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
