Spectators: 7851 (Terracing: 5889, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 156) Manhuacu's João Augusto Neiva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manhuacu's goalkeeper Bebeto Capixaba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Manhuacu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jon-Egil Schjelderup was slow to take the kick. During this time Poetass FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 11th minute of play forced Manhuacu's goalkeeper Bebeto Capixaba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Kalle Billberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poetass FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Bebeto Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Brysz in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Witalis Brysz took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Bebeto Capixaba to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Manhuacu's Bebeto Capixaba got control of the ball when Zeng Xu Yuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Capixaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bebeto Capixaba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witalis Brysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon-Egil Schjelderup in the 33rd minute of play forced Manhuacu's goalkeeper Bebeto Capixaba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Augusto Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Manhuacu's goalkeeper Bebeto Capixaba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon-Egil Schjelderup. Bebeto Capixaba made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Jon-Egil Schjelderup sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeng Xu Yuan got free with Bebeto Capixaba in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Raimond Randoja kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Jon-Egil Schjelderup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th match minute, Manhuacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Brito to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kalle Billberg in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bebeto Capixaba saved Manhuacu from getting behind. In the 59th minute Cássio Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Capixaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Kalle Billberg had to leave the field with a concussion. When Alexsandro Reis fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manhuacu's protests and gave Alexsandro Reis a yellow card for diving instead. Alexsandro Reis hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Manhuacu's Bebeto Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Alexsandro Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Manhuacu's zone, Cássio Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bebeto Capixaba came out of the goal and Cássio Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manhuacu made a substitution. Rodriguinho de Lara replaced Aloísio Brito. The supporters of Poetass FC booed when Manhuacu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimond Randoja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bebeto Capixaba came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Poetass FC's Nildo de Souza. But to his dismay, Nildo de Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Bebeto Capixaba came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan. But to his dismay, Zeng Xu Yuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 77 minutes into the match, Manhuacu's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Egil Schjelderup came free, but Bebeto Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Witalis Brysz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bebeto Capixaba. Manhuacu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witalis Brysz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 81st minute Jon-Egil Schjelderup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Capixaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If João Augusto Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Nildo de Souza made a precise shot to the right of Bebeto Capixaba. Manhuacu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Bebeto Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeng Xu Yuan in the 92nd minute of play. Zeng Xu Yuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bebeto Capixaba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeng Xu Yuan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Cássio Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poetass FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0.
