Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Rolfsson in the 16th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Os Fura Olho F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Corrêa. In the 26th minute, Lionel Ronaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Furtado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 28 minutes into the match, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Rolfsson came free, but Ricardo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Os Fura Olho F.C.'s zone, Wilhelm Rolfsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Furtado came out of the goal and Wilhelm Rolfsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 31 played minutes Os Fura Olho F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Moura. After some careless play in the Os Fura Olho F.C. defense, Alfonso Leon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Furtado. The Os Fura Olho F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Furtado should have stopped the shot. In the 48th minute, Wilhelm Rolfsson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado didn't even have to move. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ataulfo Macho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Ruy Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfonso Leon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Furtado. That made the score 0-9 in the 77 minute of play. Ruy Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sobhy Paredes having to interfere. Wilhelm Rolfsson scored 0-10 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Furtado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute, E.C.Pelotas's Wilhelm Rolfsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Nilton Lago hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Lionel Ronaldo took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Furtado. Ricardo Furtado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. When the match was over E.C.Pelotas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Os Fura Olho F.C. throughout the match.
