The Atlético Acreano fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Atlético Acreano's Kauã Tande looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Wambasther Barthez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dragoş Ecobescu went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Wambasther Barthez made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Márcio Moraes sent off a good shot on target. With a left leg Wambasther Barthez saved Lacothengo de Futiboloca from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Tande came free, but Wambasther Barthez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Acreano's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
