Ricardo Furtado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Eduard Polozov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ricardo Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Hermes in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Santo Amaro AC booed when Os Fura Olho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Cipriano Hermes made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Furtado. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 28 minutes into the match, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Polozov came free, but Ricardo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Wincent Pawlik had to leave the field with a concussion. Santo Amaro AC's Leonel Arósio was substituted for Wincent Pawlik. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Os Fura Olho F.C.! The referee gave Santo Amaro AC a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cipriano Hermes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado. 0-5. The supporters of Santo Amaro AC booed when Os Fura Olho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruy Nóbrega didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Cipriano Hermes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Furtado. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Hermes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Cipriano Hermes put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Furtado. 47 minutes into the match, Eduard Polozov notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado. Ricardo Furtado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruy Nóbrega to make the kick off. Carlos Eduardo Damião hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Eduardo Marquez got free with Ricardo Furtado in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Ricardo Furtado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eduard Polozov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Ricardo Furtado made a huge save. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ricardo Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Arósio in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Santo Amaro AC's Eduard Polozov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. After 70 played minutes Os Fura Olho F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Elder Pires. In the 71st minute Leonel Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Os Fura Olho F.C. defense, Carlos Eduardo Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Furtado. The Os Fura Olho F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Furtado should have stopped the shot. Ricardo Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Arósio in the 75th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Cipriano Hermes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Furtado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. Eduard Polozov really showed his touch with that goal: 0-13. If Eduard Polozov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Os Fura Olho F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Michel Cardoso. Ricardo Furtado came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Santo Amaro AC's Cipriano Hermes. But to his dismay, Cipriano Hermes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-15. Santo Amaro AC played a much better game than Os Fura Olho F.C. and deserved their victory. The Os Fura Olho F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
