Spectators: 7663 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dino Nogueira started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Academy's Giuseppe Proença got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Nogueira in the 8th minute of play forced Sport Club Academy's goalkeeper Valdo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sport Club Academy's Valdo Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raí Varela in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dino Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdo Machado was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Dino Nogueira made a precise shot to the right of Valdo Machado. Sport Club Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 16 minutes into the game, Guaberto Lamberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Valdo Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Guaberto Lamberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carlo Carra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 22 minutes into the match, Sport Club Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Lamberto came free, but Valdo Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Kaan Sayfi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guaberto Lamberto scored 1-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdo Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdo Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raí Varela in the 38th minute of the match. Raí Varela scored 1-6 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdo Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Carlo Carra's goalkeeper Akay Salur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horácio Pimenta.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Zeca Magalhães took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Valdo Machado to make any attempt to save it. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-8 when Dino Nogueira sped through Sport Club Academy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valdo Machado. Rui de Queirós was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 61stth minute of the game Guaberto Lamberto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sport Club Academy's Valdo Machado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Lamberto in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute, Carlo Carra's Guaberto Lamberto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. Valdo Machado was a little too slow when Guaberto Lamberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-10. After a rather tough play, Carlo Carra's Rui de Queirós got a free kick in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Sport Club Academy's goalkeeper Valdo Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dino Nogueira. Akay Salur came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Club Academy's Leonardo Maranhense. But to his dismay, Leonardo Maranhense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-10. In the 88th minute Guaberto Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdo Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Lamberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Zeca Magalhães received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valdo Machado came out and tried to block the shot, but Zeca Magalhães slotted it home off the left post making it 2-11 in the 91st minute. The Sport Club Academy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Carlo Carra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
