Gatinhos Comunistas's Adrian Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Lamberto in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Carlo Carra's Guaberto Lamberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrian Nunes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With his leg Akay Salur managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Gatinhos Comunistas's Gilberto Torres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Akay Salur made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Waldir Ramos sent off a good shot on target. Akay Salur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 杜光默's late challenge caught a Gatinhos Comunistas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After 37 minutes, Waldir Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gatinhos Comunistas and the Carlo Carra players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Carlo Carra booed when Gatinhos Comunistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dino Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Carlo Carra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Nogueira couldn't finish the play. Dino Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Dino Nogueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dino Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Carlo Carra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Nogueira couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Geovani Matorin fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carlo Carra's protests and gave Geovani Matorin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Carlo Carra getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Geovani Matorin hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Dino Nogueira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 58th minute, Gilberto Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Akay Salur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Hortêncio Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Carlo Carra's Akay Salur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Fernandez in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Torres in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akay Salur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 杜光默 hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Carlo Carra's Guaberto Lamberto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Nunes. Adrian Nunes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. If Dino Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hortêncio Meirelles charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hortêncio Meirelles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hortêncio Meirelles hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Torres in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Akay Salur saved Carlo Carra from getting behind. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
