Gil Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cauan Fonseca's late challenge caught a Alice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cauan Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fireball Esporte Clube's Cauan Fonseca got a free kick in the 20th minute. Raphael Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Álvaro Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilie Grecescu having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Alice's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Magalhães came free, but Magno Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Cauan Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fireball Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Álvaro Lima was slow to take the kick. During this time Alice's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Carlinhos Bueno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ilie Grecescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ilie Grecescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Lima in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Álvaro Lima made a precise shot to the right of Ilie Grecescu. Fireball Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Umberto Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Ilie Grecescu came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Alice's La 李义凌. But to his dismay, La 李义凌 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilberto Pereira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Gil Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Alice booed when Fireball Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauan Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Pereira struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Magno Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fireball Esporte Clube. Cauan Fonseca hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fireball Esporte Clube booed when Alice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Urbasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Magno Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Pereira in the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fireball Esporte Clube's zone, Álvaro Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilie Grecescu came out of the goal and Álvaro Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Alice's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Pereira came free, but Magno Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 played minutes Fireball Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo de Lima. In the 75th minute Gil Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Alice fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Alice's La 李义凌 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fireball Esporte Clube's Ilie Grecescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Fireball Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. Fireball Esporte Clube's Ilie Grecescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Lima in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Alice were awarded a corner. Álvaro Lima went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Alice's Slawomir Pluciennik to fire away a dangerous shot which Ilie Grecescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Alice's Álvaro Lima made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilie Grecescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Álvaro Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilie Grecescu having to interfere. Gil Magalhães blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magno Maia having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alice had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
