Mathias Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Clóvis de Toledo scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Pontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Os Predadores FC's Mathias Pontes got control of the ball when Claudinho Mangueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mathias Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Gomes in the 21st minute of play. Clóvis de Toledo charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Dida de Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luizão Ramalho's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luizão Ramalho was the one to do the kick off. Sérgio Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sérgio Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Os Assombrados getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Sérgio Aguiar hit a great ball. The tension between the Os Predadores FC and the Os Assombrados players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Gabriel Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Luizão Ramalho in the 71st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 73 minutes into the match, Os Predadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Mangueira came free, but Mathias Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Os Predadores FC's Eliseu Vaz got a free kick in the 74th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Jean Gomes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Pontes. Os Predadores FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean Gomes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Salles during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 83 played minutes Os Assombrados got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Salles. In the 86th minute, Luiz Gustavo de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Luizão Ramalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Os Assombrados were the better team. Os Assombrados's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
