The supporters of Master-DF booed when Vascão-ES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fábio Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 played minutes Master-DF got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Rocha. When Federico Pueblo came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Vascão-ES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Pueblo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Vascão-ES booed when Master-DF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaltino Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vascão-ES's Federico Pueblo in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Master-DF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, Raí Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zézinho Vinhas in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamílton da Mata saved Master-DF from getting behind. Hamílton da Mata came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Vascão-ES's Federico Pueblo. But to his dismay, Federico Pueblo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Master-DF's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Baumar came free, but Hamílton da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Valdo Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Baumar in the 33rd minute of play forced Master-DF's goalkeeper Hamílton da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamílton da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Pueblo in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Federico Pueblo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hamílton da Mata was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Master-DF's Hamílton da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Pueblo in the 46th minute of play. Federico Pueblo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Hamílton da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eärendil Ubago to strike the kick off in the second half. The Master-DF fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Master-DF's Eärendil Ubago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Master-DF's Eärendil Ubago got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the game, Federico Pueblo lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Hamílton da Mata. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Pueblo in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamílton da Mata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Baumar got free with Hamílton da Mata in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eärendil Ubago in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Totakoxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd match minute, Master-DF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eärendil Ubago to maneuver through the defense. Zézinho Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eärendil Ubago struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Arnaldo Totakoxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Master-DF. The supporters of Vascão-ES booed when Master-DF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Francho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdo Britto missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 83 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Hamílton da Mata right hand side. Pedro Luís das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Arnaldo Totakoxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Totakoxe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eärendil Ubago's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eärendil Ubago in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Totakoxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 99 minutes Vascão-ES's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rafael Simões who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Rafael Simões almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vascão-ES's Arnaldo Totakoxe did a great save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vascão-ES walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
