The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomás Senna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match Reinaldo de Alcântara climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-4 in the right cross behind a totally surprised João Pedro Guedes. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik de Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Mundial EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júnior Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Germano Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Pedro Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Senna in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson de Toledo in the 92nd minute of play forced Mundial EC's goalkeeper Germano Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Pedro Guedes was a little too slow when Tomás Senna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-7. The FRIENDS CITY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mundial EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mundial EC.
